Technical: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and broad knowledge of the latest design and image processing software Working together with creative team to provide unique, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs A solid understanding of photography, typography, digital and print processes Proficiency creating production-ready assets for print and digital media Excellent time management and organizational skills Working with others on the creative team to develop conceptual abilities Interpret the client's business needs and developing a visual concept to suit their purpose Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts across platforms Preparing rough drafts of material based on agreed vision Working with a wide range of media, including photography, illustration and design programs Assist in designing presentations and materials for new business pitches and agency communications Contributing to interactive design and banner production Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and website Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media and design programs Demonstrates an understanding of: Color theory and color relationships. You develop creative ideas and concepts to assist the approximate media and style that will meet the client's objectives. You work within the parameters of a strategy agreed upon with the client, and planning & account teams.
